Well I have not been keeping current with my updates so I figured I would share my latest project:

Gottlieb's Duotron prior to cleaning
The machine was in someones estate and as far as I am aware was never in an arcade so it is in amazing shape to have been around since 1974. I have replaced all the rubber elements and both of the balls for the game. The field has been cleaned and waxed and a few of the lamps have been replaced.
The only remaining issue with the machine is that the bonus/special counter gear is missing a few teeth. I am currently in a search for this part but as of yet I have not had any luck. If I am unable to find one I will have to have one custom made.
Check out the Duotron at The Internet Pinball Database for more photos and stats on the machine.

Even though I really don’t enjoy playing arcade/video games, this is a lot of fun
Glad to see you added a pinball machine to your collection, as this is an arcade game from my youth and always enjoyed playing. There was recently a story on “New Hampshire Chronicle” about a business that specializes in pinball machine parts and repair. You could probably find the information from the show online. It aired on WMUR chanel 9, which is the local ABC affiliate out of Manchester, NH.
